You will need:
- 4 Baking Potatoes
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- Pre-Heat grill to 225 degrees.
- Wash potatoes and pat dry.
- Coat the skin of the potato with Olive Oil and Salt.
- Poke the outside of the potato with a fork and place on smoker for 3-4 hours. (No need to wrap in foil)
- Enjoy some great smoked potatos!
Garnish or load ’em up as you like.
