Smoked Sweet Potatos

You will need:

  • Sweet Potatoes (as many “same size” as you like)
  • Olive Oil
  • Kosher Salt
  • Butter


  1. Scrub potatoes clean under cool water
  2. Dry with paper towel
  3. Stab potatoes with a fork to release built-up internal steam
  4. Apply Olive Oil and Kosher Salt
  5. Place on smoker rack or cooling rack at 225° F for 2.5 to 3 hours
  6. You may want to add a little butter, brown sugar or even your favorite rub to spice it up…
